Important Details
Sharing a room will lower everyone’s cost and free up housing for others. Potential roommates will need to connect directly with one another, then all parties MUST contact Ridgecrest to authorize adding people into a room already reserved by emailing reservations@RidgecrestNC.com or calling Ridgecrest at +1 (800) 588-7222. They cannot legally make any roommate changes without the verbal or written consent of all parties involved.
Meals at Ridgecrest are served cafeteria-style in their newly renovated dining hall. Connections made in the dining hall at Ridgecrest are world-famous and world-changing! When you book housing on the Ridgecrest campus, your meal tickets are added as a package to your reservation. The meals begin with dinner on your first day, include breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, and end with breakfast on your last day. If you would like meals outside of those times, you will need to purchase them by calling Ridgecrest. Prices are as follows:

Ages 6-11: $8 per meal per child
Ages 5 and under: Free
If you plan to attend a post-conference or just stay for lunch on your final day, you can pay for that with your New Wineskins Conference registration! We have it as an add-on ticket in the registration store. Just add it to your cart here!
Ridgecrest is a “dry campus”; they do not permit alcohol. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages onto the campus. Here is a list of local restaurants and breweries.

Specialty coffees, teas, fresh lattes, frozen frappes and smoothies are prepared just for you. Whether you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax, or to fellowship with friends, Clouds is a great place to take a break from the day’s activities. Click here for store hours.
Complementary activities include sand volleyball, gaga, carpet ball, cornhole, hiking, gym space, pickle ball and more! Just ask the front desk in Pritchell Lobby for sports equipment and trail maps. Mini-golf along a mountain stream is available to play for $4 a person.
