Let’s Get Started!

We can’t wait to worship as the global body of Christ with you!
Please read through all the steps below to make sure you have everything ready to attend the conference.

Pricing

New Wineskins does offer bursary funds.

After you have registered for the New Wineskins conference, you will need to decide on a housing option.
Let’s see what best suits your needs!

Step 2: Housing

The best way to cut costs is to come with a group! It is common for our US attendees to carpool to Ridgecrest and share a room. There are many rooms on the Ridgecrest campus with double beds if 2-4 people want to split the cost of one room. There are also rooms with bunk beds, plus a queen, for large families! Or suites with king beds for couples. You can see what is available with the link below.

The Ridgecrest online link allows you to make your housing and meals reservations from Sept. 14 - Sept. 22. The final pricing will reflect the cost of meals starting with dinner on your first night through breakfast on the day you check out. If you want to stay for lunch on the day you leave, we’ve added a lunch ticket you can select in your New Wineskins registration form.

Any group reservations need to be made by calling
or
emailing Ridgecrest, AFTER you have a list of names.
For example, please do not reserve 20 rooms without 20 names to provide.

Ridgecrest can be reached at +1(800)588-7222 from 9am-4pm Eastern Time on Monday - Friday or by email.

If you stay off campus, you will need to call Ridgecrest to purchase a $25 “Campus Pass” for each conference attendee. This pass will be valid for the entire conference. You will also need to call Ridgecrest to purchase your meal tickets.

Book online at the Hampton Inn Black Mountain or call the hotel directly at (828) 669-1000 and mention New Wineskins 2025 for our special rate!

Availability for Airbnbs will depend on those that have recovered from hurricane Helene. More may be back in business later if you’re hoping to share with a group!

Step 3: Meals

When you book housing on the Ridgecrest campus, your meal tickets are added as a package to your reservation. The meals begin with dinner on your first day, include breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, and end with breakfast on your last day. If you would like meals outside of those times, you will need to purchase them by calling Ridgecrest. Prices are as follows:

Adults & Youth (12+)
Breakfast: $11
Lunch: $14
Dinner: $17

Children
Ages 6-11: $8 per meal per child
Ages 5 and under: Free

If you plan to attend a post-conference or just stay for lunch on your final day, you can pay for that with your New Wineskins Conference registration! We have it as an add-on ticket on the registration form. This will only cover lunch on your last day.

Ridgecrest can be reached at +1(800)588-7222 from 9am-4pm Eastern Time on Monday - Friday or by email.
