The Catechesis Task Force, supported by the Robert Webber Center at Trinity Anglican Seminary, is gathering at New Wineskins this year to help you learn about the ministry of catechesis and its role in local and global mission. Through a series of enriching talks and conversations, we will explore what it means for catechesis to be at the heart of the Great Commission: making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that Jesus has commanded.

Come Join Us! Topics and Speakers Include:

  • 9:00-10:15: Catechesis at the Heart of Mission (Rev. Dr. Joel Scandrett and Dr. Alex Fogleman)

  • 10:30-11:45: Catechesis in the Parish (Panel Discussion with Dr. Paul Gutacker, Rev. Dr. Steven D. Lake, Rev. Dr. Kyle Hughes, and Dr. Leslie Thyberg)

  • 1:00-1:45: Raising Up Leaders for Mission (Bishop Eric Menees and Cn. Beth Conkle)

  • 2:00-2:45: The Missional Home (Leslie Thyberg and Rev. Dr. Kyle Hughes)

  • 3:00-3:45: Regula Missio: Cultivating Deep Roots for Mission (Dr. Paul Gutacker)
